Legal Editor for Complaint

I DO NOT NEED MORE PROPOSALS. I WILL RESPOND TO EACH PROPOSAL. I need a complaint edited primarily for wordsmithing. The laws have been selected and counts drafted. The first round of editing has been completed. The format is acceptable. I basically need the core complaint edited. The complaint has 16 counts in 24 pages. With exhibits the total complaint is 112 pages. The document with backup that does not have to be reviewed is 159 pages. I need a ballpark not to exceed price. My decision to proceed will depend on the capabilities of the freelancer who responds, the number of days to review and the price, in that order. I prefer to file the complaint no later than this Friday but will wait if I feel it is in my best interest. I will share the complaint for review before awarding this.
