If you're passionate about legal support and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! **Job Title:** Legal Email Coordinator – Exceptional English Writing Required **Location:** Remote **Type:** Part-Time to Full-Time Potential We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented **Legal Email Coordinator** to help manage client communications, case updates, and internal follow-up tasks for a fast-paced legal services operation. This role is ideal for someone with a **legal, paralegal, court-processing, traffic law, or administrative legal background** who can write exceptionally well in English and manage client communication with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency. You will be responsible for monitoring incoming emails, reviewing case details, drafting clear responses, identifying urgent issues, and making sure no client communication or important deadline falls through the cracks. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and manage incoming client emails throughout the day * Draft clear, polished, and professional email responses * Review case details and identify required next steps * Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams * Track urgent client issues, deadlines, missing documents, and case updates * Organize and prioritize high-volume email communication * Maintain accurate notes and updates inside a CRM or case management system * Escalate legal, court, or client issues when needed * Help improve email templates, communication workflows, and internal processes * Ensure all client communication is accurate, professional, and timely **Requirements:** * Legal, paralegal, court, traffic law, or law office experience required * Exceptional written English skills * Strong grammar, tone, and professional communication ability * Ability to write clearly, calmly, and confidently to clients * Strong attention to detail * Highly organized and reliable * Comfortable working inside Gmail, CRM systems, and shared task tools * Able to prioritize urgent matters without constant supervision * Customer service experience is helpful, but legal/admin accuracy is more important **Ideal Candidate:** You are proactive, organized, and able to take ownership of email communication. You understand that clients are often stressed, confused, or frustrated, and you know how to respond professionally while keeping communication accurate, clear, and calm. You should be comfortable handling a high volume of emails, identifying what needs immediate attention, and keeping the internal team updated on important issues. **Schedule:** We are looking for someone available during U.S. business hours, preferably Pacific Time.
