Level 1 Tech Support for RMM Application and User Assistance

Now Hiring: Level 1 RMM Support Technician We are a growing managed service provider, is looking for a Level 1 Technician to manage our RMM platform and keep client systems monitored, patched, and healthy. This is a back-of-house role focused on the tools and tickets — not phone or front-line client interaction. What you'll do Monitor RMM alerts, triage them, and resolve or escalate based on severity Set up and maintain the ticketing system — intake rules, routing, and templates Manage patch deployment for desktops and servers, and follow up on machines that fail to patch Deploy new agents onto client devices and roll out software packages across the fleet Work RMM-generated tickets and keep them documented and up to date Run standard maintenance and remediation scripts, and flag recurring issues Help keep agent health, inventory, and reporting accurate
