NJ-Licensed Architect Needed — Complete Site Plan & Drawings for Residential Zoning Application

I need an NJ-licensed architect to complete a residential zoning application drawing package. Project: Single-family home, adding an in-ground pool and a covered front porch addition. Lot is 50 ft wide x 100 Long, 5,130.9 sq ft, Ocean Township, Monmouth County, NJ. This project involves a coverage/width variance, so the plans need to clearly document existing vs. proposed zoning conditions. What I'll provide: Partial site plan Current licensed boundary survey Basic dimensions/design intent for pool and porch What I need produced: Completed, dimensioned plot plan — proposed pool and porch footprint overlaid on the survey, with setback distances to all property lines clearly shown (setbacks are 10 feet from the structures and/or property lines. Not the stairs) Exterior elevations, signed and sealed — showing how the porch addition integrates with the existing house Construction details for the addition Zoning data/calculations table on the plans: existing vs. proposed lot coverage %, building coverage %, lot width, and setbacks, measured against Ocean Township's requirements (I'll provide the applicable numbers/ordinance) Timeline — this is genuinely urgent: I have a civil engineer starting work who needs an accurate proposed footprint from this site plan to begin his drainage/grading work. I need a first working draft of the plot plan (footprint + setbacks) within two days, with the full sealed package to follow shortly after. Requirements: Active NJ-licensed architect — please provide license number so I can verify.
