Summary

We're looking for a licensed architect (not just a drafter) to work on residential permit drawings. A big part of the job is resolving architectural and geometry issues, not simply drafting. For example, stair geometry in section, floor-to-floor relationships, headroom and spatial coordination. Could you please tell us: Where are you licensed (if applicable)? Where did you study architecture? How many years have you worked as an architect after graduating?
