Content Licensing & Rights Outreach Specialist for Streaming Platform About Us We are launching a new subscription streaming platform called Allora. We are looking for a freelancer to help us contact content owners and gather real licensing information for independent films, TV shows, animated series, and digital content. This project is for outreach and information gathering only. We are NOT hiring someone to create content, develop our platform, provide legal representation, or guarantee licensing deals. Scope of Work We will provide a list of approximately 10-15 titles that we are interested in. Your responsibilities will include: * Identifying and confirming the correct rights holder or licensing contact. * Contacting rights holders via email, contact forms, LinkedIn, or other professional methods. * Introducing our streaming platform and inquiring about licensing opportunities. * Obtaining actual licensing quotes and terms. * Following up when necessary to receive a response. Information We Need Collected For each title, we need the following information: 1. Is the title currently available for licensing? 2. What is the licensing cost? 3. Is the license exclusive or non-exclusive? 4. What territories are available (United States, Worldwide, etc.)? 5. What is the length of the agreement? 6. Are there any minimum guarantees or revenue-sharing requirements? 7. Are there any restrictions on streaming rights? 8. Who is the correct licensing contact for future negotiations? Deliverables At the end of the project, we expect: * A spreadsheet containing: * Title Name * Rights Holder/Company * Contact Name * Email Address * Website * Date Contacted * Response Received * Licensing Quote * Licensing Terms * Notes and Recommendations * Copies of email responses or summaries of conversations. Important Clarifications Please do NOT apply if: * You are looking for a revenue share, commission, or ownership stake. * You intend to outsource the work to someone else. * You cannot provide documentation of your outreach efforts. * You are unable to professionally communicate with rights holders. We understand that not every rights holder will respond and we are not expecting guaranteed licensing deals. We are paying for professional outreach, research, communication, and organized reporting of the information received.
