Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to create high-converting sales and marketing messaging that improves customer acquisition, follow-up effectiveness, and website conversion performance. Our goal is to build the foundational messaging and email assets that will support our Salesforce go-live in mid- August. This contractor will develop Salesforce email templates, nurture campaigns, sales follow-up sequences, landing page copy, and SEO-aligned website content that support our sales process and marketing strategy. The ideal contractor understands how to translate customer pain points into persuasive messaging that drives action and generates results. This is a deliverable-focused contractor opportunity rather than an ongoing content-writing role. Project Objectives During the initial engagement, the contractor will build foundational messaging assets that support: • Prospect follow-up and lead nurturing • Sales conversion efforts • Customer re-engagement • Service-specific marketing campaigns • SEO and website conversion optimization Key Deliverables Salesforce Email & Follow-Up Library • Create Salesforce email templates for: No-sale follow-up Service-specific follow-up Quote follow-up Missed-call follow-up Existing customer expansion opportunities Compliance check-ins Sales Nurture & Re-Engagement Sequences • Develop structured follow-up sequences for: Prospects who do not purchase on the first call "Not ready yet" conversations Lost-contact opportunities Missed-contact re-engagement campaigns Service-Specific Conversion Messaging Develop conversion-focused messaging for: • DOT Training Services • Drug & Alcohol Testing Programs • FMCSA Clearinghouse Services Messaging should reinforce the compliance gap identified during sales conversations and make the next step clear and actionable. Sales & Marketing Messaging Alignment • Align email messaging with sales conversations • Reinforce urgency without relying on generic follow-up language • Improve consistency between phone conversations and written communications Website & SEO Content • Write SEO-aligned web content supporting priority marketing initiatives • Improve landing page messaging and conversion performance • Support search intent while increasing calls, leads, and online purchases Initial Engagement Deliverables (First 30–45 Days) The selected contractor will be expected to deliver: • Complete Salesforce email template library • Five (5) no-sale follow-up sequences • Service-specific messaging for: Training services Drug & Alcohol testing Clearinghouse services • Priority SEO-focused website content • Landing page copy improvements • Rep usage guidance and messaging recommendations Required Experience • Proven experience writing conversion-focused marketing and sales copy • Experience creating email nurture sequences and automated follow-up campaigns • Experience developing landing pages and website copy designed to increase conversions • Strong understanding of customer journey and direct-response marketing principles • Experience writing SEO-friendly content that balances search intent and conversion goals • Ability to translate sales conversations and business strategies into clear, persuasive messaging • Ability to work independently and deliver projects with minimal oversight Preferred Experience • Experience writing for B2B organizations • Experience supporting sales enablement initiatives • Experience working with the Salesforce platform, with expertise working within Marketing Cloud • Experience in regulated, compliance-focused, transportation, or trucking-related industries For the first 30-45 day engagement: Milestone 1 – Messaging Foundation • Discovery meetings • Review existing sales process • Review existing website content • Messaging framework development Payment: 20-25% Milestone 2 – Salesforce & Follow-Up Library • Salesforce templates • No-sale sequences • Missed contact campaigns • Re-engagement messaging Payment: 35-40% Milestone 3 – Conversion & SEO Content • Service-specific copy • Landing page revisions • SEO content • Rep usage guidance Payment: Remaining balance
