PatientUplift is hiring a sharp, self-driven LinkedIn Appointment Setter to run outreach on two fronts: Client prospecting — booking qualified calls with medical surgeons and dental practice owners who are a fit for our services. Candidate sourcing — finding and booking interviews with strong candidates for our hiring pipeline. You'll own the full top-of-funnel on LinkedIn: building targeted prospect/candidate lists, sending personalized connection requests and messages, following up consistently, handling replies, and getting appointments onto our calendar. What you'll do: Identify and build lists of target prospects (surgeons, dentists) and candidates Write and send personalized, non-spammy outreach and follow-up sequences Manage daily messaging volume while staying within LinkedIn's limits Qualify replies and book appointments directly to our calendar Track outreach and results in our CRM/spreadsheet and report weekly You're a great fit if you have: Proven LinkedIn outreach / appointment-setting experience (please share results — connects, reply rates, calls booked) Excellent written English and a natural, human messaging style Strong organization and consistent daily follow-through Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and outreach/scheduling tools Bonus: experience in healthcare, dental, medical, or recruiting outreach Details: Ongoing, part-time to start with room to grow into full-time Hourly rate + bonus per qualified appointment booked (open to discussing your preferred structure) Remote, flexible hours — but daily consistency required To apply, please include: A short note on your relevant LinkedIn outreach experience Real numbers from past campaigns (messages sent → calls booked) A 2–3 line sample opening message you'd send to a busy dental practice owner We review every application that follows these steps.
