LinkedIn GTM Sales Operations Specialist

**Role Title:** LinkedIn GTM & Founder-Led Sales Operations Manager for Newly Launched AI SaaS Platform **Hourly Rate:** $20/hour **Estimated Hours:** 20–30 hours/week **Duration:** Initial 90-day sprint, with potential to continue **Location:** Remote We recently launched Auggie, an AI software platform that helps marketing teams pressure-test customer-facing decisions before work goes live. Our product helps brands and agencies test messages, campaigns, landing pages, offers, product positioning, and creative ideas with virtual customers so teams can make better decisions before committing budget. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented LinkedIn GTM operator to manage our founder-led LinkedIn sales ecosystem. This is not a basic social media posting role. We already have three founders and our company page posting regularly. We need someone who can help turn LinkedIn activity into qualified conversations, warm leads, demos, and early customer opportunities. You will manage LinkedIn engagement, Sales Navigator targeting, We-Connect connection/follow-up flows, founder reply drafts, prospect research, CRM tracking, and weekly reporting. **What you will do** You will support three founders, each with a distinct voice: * Founder A: market/customer voice * Founder B: product/builder voice * Founder C: strategic/category voice Your responsibilities will include: * Monitor engagement across three founder LinkedIn profiles and the Auggie company page * Identify people who like, comment, repost, follow, or engage with our content * Score engaged people based on fit, title, company, segment, and potential buyer intent * Build and manage prospect lists in LinkedIn Sales Navigator * Focus on three priority buyer segments: * Draft thoughtful founder-specific replies to comments * Draft connection requests and LinkedIn DM follow-ups * Prepare Google Docs with recommended replies for founder approval * Manage We-Connect campaigns for connection requests and follow-up sequences * Track prospects, responses, next steps, and pipeline status in a CRM or spreadsheet * Identify high-priority prospects for personalized founder outreach * Prepare a weekly report showing activity, replies, meetings, opportunities, and what is working * Help us learn which audiences, messages, and LinkedIn posts are creating the most sales traction **Target audiences** We are focused on reaching: * CMOs * VPs of Marketing * Heads of Brand * Growth marketing leaders * Ecommerce leaders * Consumer insights leaders * Agency founders * Agency strategy leaders * Marketing leaders at food & beverage, lifestyle, retail, apparel, beauty/wellness, and consumer brands **Tools we use or may use** Experience with some or all of these is helpful: * LinkedIn Sales Navigator * We-Connect * Google Docs / Google Sheets * HubSpot, Airtable, or similar CRM tools * Clay, Apollo, or other prospecting/enrichment tools * Loom * ChatGPT or other AI writing tools **What we are looking for** The ideal person is: * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Comfortable managing many prospects and conversations at once * Strong at writing short, natural LinkedIn replies and DMs * Able to adapt writing to different founder voices * Familiar with B2B SaaS, marketing, agencies, or AI tools * Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator * Comfortable working from templates but able to personalize messages * Good at tracking activity and keeping CRM data clean * Able to spot high-quality prospects and prioritize them * Reliable, responsive, and proactive **This role is a fit if you are good at:** * LinkedIn prospecting * Founder-led sales support * B2B lead research * CRM hygiene * Writing concise outreach messages * Turning social engagement into sales conversations * Managing a repeatable daily workflow **This role is not a fit if you only do:** * Generic social media posting * Automated spam outreach * Mass LinkedIn messaging with no personalization * Content scheduling without sales follow-up * Vanity metrics reporting without pipeline tracking **What success looks like** Each week, we want to know: * Who engaged with our content? * Which people are potential buyers? * Which founder should follow up? * What should the founder say? * Who accepted connection requests? * Who replied? * Who should be moved into a demo or customer conversation? * Which buyer segments are responding best? * What should we adjust next week? **To apply** Please include: 1.
