# LinkedIn Growth & Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled LinkedIn outreach specialist to help us build and scale multiple LinkedIn profiles for outbound prospecting. We sell B2B services and want to consistently generate qualified discovery calls through LinkedIn. ## Responsibilities Your role will include two core missions: ### 1. LinkedIn Account Growth •⁠ ⁠Warm up and grow LinkedIn accounts naturally •⁠ ⁠Increase relevant connections with decision-makers •⁠ ⁠Build high-quality targeted networks (founders, CEOs, CMOs, growth leads) •⁠ ⁠Maintain safe daily limits to avoid LinkedIn restrictions ### 2. Lead Generation & Outreach •⁠ ⁠Source qualified B2B prospects •⁠ ⁠Identify decision makers •⁠ ⁠Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages •⁠ ⁠Generate qualified discovery calls ## Ideal Candidate You have strong experience with: •⁠ ⁠LinkedIn Sales Navigator •⁠ ⁠LinkedIn automation tools (Waalaxy, Expandi, HeyReach) •⁠ ⁠Lead sourcing / list building •⁠ ⁠Appointment setting •⁠ ⁠B2B outbound ## Deliverables / KPIs Please include in your proposal: 1.⁠ ⁠Number of connection requests you can safely send per day 2.⁠ ⁠Number of calls booked on similar projects 3.⁠ ⁠Tools you use 4.⁠ ⁠Case studies / past results ## Important Start your application with the word *Growth* so we know you read everything.
