Responsibilities include researching potential prospects, identifying decision-makers, building accurate contact lists, sending personalized connection requests, managing follow-up messages, and maintaining organized CRM records. You will also be responsible for tracking outreach performance and ensuring lead data remains accurate and up to date. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, CRM platforms, and prospecting tools is highly preferred. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
