We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-energy Virtual Assistant to take over our manual LinkedIn outreach. Your primary goal is to identify high-quality prospects, send personalized connection requests, and book discovery calls directly into our Calendly. You will not have to close sales; your job is to build the pipeline. Daily Responsibilities: - Use specific search filters to identify target decision-makers. - Send 30–40 personalized connection requests daily using our proven scripts. - Follow up with accepted connections to drive them to our booking link. - Track all leads and interaction statuses in our shared Google Sheet. Requirements: - Proven experience with LinkedIn premium search or Sales Navigator. - Excellent written English skills with a professional tone. - High responsiveness and ability to update tracking sheets in real time.
