We are looking for an experienced LinkedIn Marketing & Lead Generation Expert to help us grow our LinkedIn presence, build targeted connections, and generate high-quality B2B leads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn outreach, prospect research, personalized messaging, and lead generation campaigns. Responsibilities: Optimize and manage LinkedIn profiles for professional branding Identify and research targeted prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator Build highly targeted B2B prospect lists Send personalized connection requests and outreach messages Manage follow-ups and nurture potential leads Generate qualified leads based on our target industry and criteria Increase LinkedIn engagement and network growth Track outreach activities, responses, and lead generation results Provide weekly reports on campaign performance Requirements: Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator Experience with LinkedIn outreach and appointment setting Excellent written English and communication skills Ability to create personalized, non-spammy outreach messages Experience with lead generation tools such as Apollo, Hunter, ZoomInfo, or similar tools Ability to meet weekly lead generation targets
