LinkedIn Marketing Operator + ABM Ads - B2B SaaS

About us: We are a B2B SaaS company in the broadcast and media industry. The role: All content is written in-house. Your job is to run the marketing machine around it: produce and publish the content as polished LinkedIn and blog assets, and drive it to the right people through targeted paid campaigns. This is a hands-on operator role, not strategy or writing. You own execution and you own the numbers. Responsibilities: LinkedIn production * Design carousel and document posts (2 to 3 per month) using our brand kit (colors, fonts, logo provided) * Format and schedule 1 to 2 posts per week from supplied drafts * Publish the monthly LinkedIn newsletter from copy we provide * Monitor comments and DMs daily, queue items needing the company’s reply Paid ABM ads * Build and maintain a matched audience from our list of target companies, layered by seniority (VP and above) and function (engineering, product) * Set up and run Thought Leader Ads that promote organic posts to that audience * Manage one optional gated asset using a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form for deeper downloads * Optimize spend and report monthly on reach, engagement by company and seniority, and cost efficiency Website blog * Publish and format new blog posts on our company website (built on Lovable) from supplied copy * Apply basic on-page SEO and AEO and ensure clean formatting and working links * Keep the blog visually consistent with our brand Reporting * One simple monthly report across LinkedIn organic, paid, and blog: what was published, what performed, what to adjust Requirements: * Proven hands-on experience running LinkedIn ads, specifically account-based or matched-audience campaigns. Show us campaigns you have run and the results * B2B content production experience: clean Canva carousel design to a brand kit, post scheduling, newsletter publishing. Show examples * Comfortable publishing to a modern website or CMS and applying basic SEO. Familiarity with Lovable, Webflow, Framer, or similar is a plus * Process-driven and reliable: you hit a weekly cadence without reminders * Good written English for light formatting edits, US spelling * Willing to follow our content guidelines (we operate in a competitive enterprise market; claims must be verified and approved) Nice to have: * LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads experience specifically * Streaming, video, OTT, or adtech exposure * LinkedIn newsletter experience Engagement: 3 to 6 hours per week ongoing, more during initial set-up.
