LinkedIn Outreach Closer — Cold-to-Paid for a Cybersecurity SaaS (Commission)

PlayCISO is a cybersecurity training SaaS with a warm list of leads who have already visited the site. We're looking for a closer to run LinkedIn outreach from their own account (no Sales Navigator seat is provided), start genuine conversations, and convert those leads. The work: reach out to the provided lead list, hold a real conversation, and either (1) convert the lead to a paid plan, or (2) if they won't buy, get them to complete a 2-minute survey. Measurable outcomes — one-week sprint: • Reach: 100 leads contacted in 7 days • Success: 10 paid signups • Survey completions counted separately Payment — outcome-based: 50% commission on each new customer's first-month subscription. Propose your own best outcome-focused structure — results are rewarded, not hours. What's provided: the lead list (name, company, and what they viewed on the site), messaging context, product access, and a unique tracking link so every signup is attributed to the freelancer. In your proposal, please include: (1) your best outcome-based offer for delivering 10 paid signups; (2) B2B/SaaS LinkedIn outreach results you've delivered, with numbers; (3) of 100 contacted, realistic replies and closes; (4) a 2-line sample opener for one of these leads.
