LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation Manager (B2B Software Services)

I’m looking for someone to take full ownership of our LinkedIn growth and outreach. This is a part-time, trial-based role. Based on performance, we will offer a long-term contract. Your goal is to build our presence, generate qualified conversations, and book meetings with decision-makers for me to close. What You’ll Do: Optimize my LinkedIn profile and company page Create 3–5 high-quality posts weekly (no generic content) Research and target decision-makers (CTOs, founders, VPs, etc.) Run highly personalized LinkedIn outreach (no mass messaging) Manage inbox, replies, and engagement Book qualified meetings Run supporting cold email campaigns Track and report weekly performance (leads, replies, meetings booked) Requirements: Proven experience with LinkedIn outreach for B2B services Strong English writing skills (natural, human tone) Experience with LinkedIn outreach tools (manual or automation-based, within platform guidelines) Experience with cold email tools (Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, etc.) Understanding of the software development outsourcing market How to Apply: Please include: Examples of past campaigns or results (reply rates, meetings booked, etc.) A short explanation of your outreach approach
