LinkedIn Outreach Specialist / Appointment Setter / SDR Needed

We are looking for an experienced LinkedIn Outreach Specialist, Appointment Setter, or SDR to help us connect with potential B2B clients, start conversations, and book qualified appointments. You will be using LinkedIn to reach out to business owners, sales managers, marketing managers, and other decision-makers. The goal is to introduce our service, qualify interest, and schedule calls with potential clients. Responsibilities: Send LinkedIn connection requests to targeted prospects Follow up with accepted connections Start natural conversations without sounding spammy Qualify prospects based on interest and fit Book appointments, demos, or discovery calls Track outreach activity, responses, and booked meetings Help improve messaging based on replies and objections Ideal Candidate: Experience with LinkedIn outreach, appointment setting, SDR, or B2B lead generation Strong written English communication skills Comfortable messaging business owners and decision-makers Able to write short, clear, personalized messages Organized and consistent with daily outreach Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus What We Provide: Target audience and prospecting direction LinkedIn message templates Offer details and positioning Guidance on qualification criteria Ongoing support and feedback Opportunity for long-term work if results are strong Goal: The main goal is to create conversations on LinkedIn and book qualified appointments with companies that may be interested in our service.
