LinkedIn Outreach Specialist

We are looking for a LinkedIn outreach specialist to help us generate qualified B2B leads and book calls. You will be responsible for finding target prospects on LinkedIn, sending personalized connection requests, following up with short messages, and tracking responses. The goal is to start conversations with decision-makers and identify companies interested in our product/service. Responsibilities: Find relevant prospects based on our ICP Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests Follow up with approved message templates Track replies and interested leads Share daily/weekly progress updates Requirements: Experience with LinkedIn outreach or Sales Navigator Strong written English Ability to personalize messages naturally Organized and consistent with follow-ups Experience with B2B SaaS or lead generation is a plus Please include examples of past LinkedIn outreach campaigns you have worked on and your typical reply/booking rates.
