LinkedIn Sourcer Needed to Find MSP / Cyber / IT Services Sales Operators

I’m looking for a LinkedIn researcher / talent sourcer to help me find suitable freelance or fractional commercial operators. This is not a role for a generic marketer, VA, SEO person, content marketer, web agency, or cybersecurity engineer. The task is to find and screen people who have recent experience generating leads, booked calls, pipeline, partnerships, subcontract opportunities, or contracts for: * MSPs * cybersecurity firms * Microsoft 365 providers * IT support companies * Cyber Essentials / compliance firms * technical B2B service providers The people I ultimately want to speak to may have titles such as: * MSP sales consultant * MSP growth consultant * fractional head of sales * fractional sales director * cybersecurity sales consultant * cybersecurity GTM consultant * IT services business development consultant * B2B lead generation specialist for MSP/cyber/IT services * ex-MSP owner / commercial director * Cyber Essentials / compliance services growth consultant Primary source should be LinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You may also use Google, company websites, podcasts, Clutch, directories, communities, or other sources to verify fit or find extra proof. However, LinkedIn should be the main source. The candidates sourced should be UK-first. International candidates can be included only if they have strong relevant MSP/cyber/IT services acquisition experience and can work with UK clients/time zones. The goal is not to build a huge list. I want a filtered, qualified shortlist of people who look genuinely relevant. The project should work in two stages: Stage 1: Build an initial sourced list of 30–50 relevant profiles and shortlist the strongest 10–15 based on public evidence. Stage 2: After I approve the shortlist, send a short qualification message to the strongest candidates to confirm whether they actually help with MSP/cyber/IT services sales, lead generation, GTM, validation, booked calls, subcontract opportunities, or small contract acquisition. For each shortlisted person, please provide: * LinkedIn/profile link * location/time zone * current role/title * evidence of MSP/cyber/IT services sales or lead-generation experience * whether they appear to be a validator, operator, agency, recruiter, or generic marketer * fit score from 1–5 * whether they have been contacted * whether they replied * notes on their response * whether they seem worth me booking a call with Please do not simply provide a spreadsheet of possible names. The purpose of this project is to reduce uncertainty before I speak to anyone. I need a shortlist of people who are genuinely relevant to the end goal, not just people whose LinkedIn profiles contain similar keywords. The final shortlist should prioritise candidates who have either: 1. replied and confirmed that they can help with this specific type of MSP/cyber/IT services commercial validation and acquisition work, or 2. shown strong public proof of recent relevant experience generating leads, booked calls, pipeline, partnerships, subcontract opportunities, pilots, contracts, retainers, or revenue for MSPs, cybersecurity firms, Microsoft 365 providers, IT support companies, Cyber Essentials/compliance firms, or similar technical B2B services. We can agree the qualification message separately before anyone is contacted. The final deliverable should clearly separate candidates into: * confirmed fit through direct reply * strong public fit but no reply yet * weak/questionable fit * unsuitable Context: I’m a UK Infrastructure & Security Engineer exploring a potential productised Microsoft 365 / Entra / Cyber Essentials-related service. Before building the full technical checklist, report template, or delivery pack, I want to find someone who can help validate the commercial route and test whether there is demand. I am specifically looking for people with practical experience getting real conversations, leads, pilots, subcontract opportunities, or contracts in MSP/cyber/IT services.
