LinkedIn Talent Sourcer for Korean-English Bilingual CPA Candidate Search

We are hiring an experienced LinkedIn recruiter / talent sourcer to identify and contact candidates for two part-time accounting and audit roles. This is a niche search. We are not looking for a CPA to apply for this job. We are looking for a recruiter or sourcer who can find qualified CPA candidates through LinkedIn and manage the initial outreach process. Target candidates will generally share the same profile: * Korean-English bilingual * US CPA or Korean CPA * Based in the United States * Audit experience required * Open to seasonal, part-time, or project-based work * Comfortable supporting accounting, audit, and client coordination work Scope of Work The selected recruiter will be responsible for the following: 1. Search LinkedIn using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruiter Lite, Sales Navigator, or other advanced sourcing methods. 2. Prepare an initial list of 30 qualified candidate profiles. 3. For each candidate, include: * LinkedIn profile link * Current role * Current company * Location * CPA qualification, if visible * Audit/accounting background * Short explanation of why the candidate appears to fit 4. Draft outreach messages for our review and approval. 5. After approval, contact candidates directly. 6. Track responses and provide regular updates. 7. Identify candidates who have reviewed the basic role details and are interested in an interview. Important Requirement Providing LinkedIn profile links alone is not sufficient. The final deliverable must include candidates who have been contacted, understand the basic role, and have expressed interest in an interview. Preferred Experience Strong preference will be given to recruiters or sourcers with experience in: * Accounting, audit, CPA, or professional-services recruiting * LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Recruiter Lite * Boolean search and niche candidate sourcing * Bilingual or Korean-English candidate sourcing * Candidate outreach and response tracking * Part-time, seasonal, or project-based professional recruiting To Apply Please include the following in your proposal: 1.
