This is a simple execution-only role. No selling, no writing, and no strategy required. All messaging content is provided. The main responsibility is to manage and execute outreach using our existing LinkedIn connection list and past outreach data. Core Responsibilities: Go through existing LinkedIn connections and past outreach records Send pre-written messages to targeted contacts in Calgary only Track and update who has been contacted previously Ensure anyone marked “not interested” is NOT contacted again Maintain a clear and accurate log of: contacted no response interested / positive reply Important Guidelines: Must use our LinkedIn account login (provided) Maximum ~20 messages per day (to avoid LinkedIn restrictions) No spam or bulk messaging — activity must be spaced naturally Accuracy and attention to detail are more important than speed Must follow tracking system exactly Hours: Part-time: approximately 3–5 hours per week Ongoing role (long-term if performance is good) Budget: We are looking for a reliable, mid-level virtual assistant (not the cheapest, not agency pricing). 👉 $3–5 USD/hour Estimated total: $40–USD/month, depending on workload Start with a 1-week paid trial before an ongoing commitment.
