LinkedIn Research Specialist Executive Search Research | Candidate Identification | Project-Based Overview Strategic Executives Agency (SEA) is a US-based executive search and advisory firm. We help companies identify CFOs, COOs, finance leaders, operations executives, and other senior business talent. This role supports our search team by building targeted LinkedIn research lists based on clearly defined criteria. This is project-based research work. Each project will have specific instructions, examples, target companies, target locations, and candidate criteria. The Role By the time a project is assigned to you, SEA will already have defined the search. We will provide: * Example candidate profiles * Example companies * Target industries * Target locations * Desired titles * Experience requirements * Search instructions * Criteria for what qualifies someone Your job is to follow the criteria, expand the research, and build accurate candidate lists. Responsibilities * Search LinkedIn for candidates who match the provided criteria * Research companies similar to the examples we provide * Identify competitors and adjacent companies * Build target company lists * Review candidate profiles for title, background, location, and experience fit * Add qualified candidates to a structured spreadsheet or database * Flag unclear profiles or questions for review * Follow instructions carefully and consistently * Submit clean, organized research lists What This Role Is * Research * LinkedIn searching * Company mapping * Candidate identification * List building * Pattern matching * Detail-oriented execution What This Role Is Not * Not recruiting * Not candidate outreach * Not cold calling * Not interviewing * Not sales * Not strategy development * Not guessing what the search should be SEA will define the search strategy. Your role is to execute the research accurately. Example Search We may ask you to find: CFOs at software companies that serve the construction industry. We may provide several example companies and candidate profiles. Your role would be to: * Find similar companies * Identify competitors * Search those companies on LinkedIn * Find CFOs, VP Finance leaders, or similar profiles * Confirm they match the title, location, industry, and experience criteria * Add qualified profiles to the research list Requirements * Strong LinkedIn research ability * High attention to detail * Ability to follow specific instructions * Organized and systematic work style * Comfortable using spreadsheets * Clear communication * Ability to ask questions when something is unclear * Research, sourcing, data, recruiting support, operations, or administrative experience helpful Recruiting experience is not required. Compensation This role is paid per completed 100-profile research list. Every list is reviewed for accuracy against the provided criteria. Below 75% Match Rate * List returned for revision * No payment until corrected 75% - 89% Match Rate * Standard Tier * $53 USD per approved 100-profile list 90%+ Match Rate * Premium Tier * $67 USD per approved 100-profile list Accuracy matters.
