Your primary responsibility is to identify strong prospective partners, start relevant conversations, qualify their interest, and book partnership calls directly onto our sales team’s calendar. Our sales team will conduct the partnership call, establish the relationship, and work with approved partners after your handoff. This is not a high-volume spam role. We care about research, judgment, personalization, professional conversations, accurate follow-up, and qualified appointments. IMPORTANT LINKEDIN REQUIREMENT You must use your own established LinkedIn account under your real name and identity. If hired, you must add a truthful LinkedIn Experience position with the following information: Position: Partnership Manager Company: Peaceful Profits Employment Type: Contract Your LinkedIn account will remain entirely yours. Peaceful Profits will never request, store, or use your LinkedIn password. You must personally perform all LinkedIn activity. The following are prohibited: • LinkedIn automation • Automated connection requests or messages • Bots or scraping tools • Browser extensions that automate LinkedIn activity • Fake, rented, newly fabricated, or shared accounts • Allowing another person to operate your account EMAIL REQUIREMENT You will receive a named Peaceful Profits company email address for individual follow-up. Every email must be researched, personalized, and sent manually to one person at a time. The following are prohibited: • Mass email • Bulk email software • Mail merges • Automated email sequences • Purchased blast lists • Generic messages sent to large groups WHAT YOU WILL DO • Research prospective partners who already serve Peaceful Profits’ ideal clients. • Identify the correct owner, founder, principal, partnerships leader, or business-development decision-maker. • Record complete and accurate prospect information in our outreach tracker. • Write a specific reason explaining why each prospect appears to be a good fit. • Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests manually from your own account. • Start natural LinkedIn conversations after prospects accept your connection. • Use your Peaceful Profits email account for individual, personalized follow-up when appropriate. • Respond naturally to questions and explain the basic partner opportunity accurately. • Qualify whether the prospect serves the right clients and has genuine interest in a partnership. • Book qualified partnership calls directly onto our sales team’s calendar. • Send meeting confirmations and follow up to reduce no-shows. • Provide our sales team with a complete handoff note before every appointment. • Maintain accurate daily records of messages, replies, follow-up dates, appointments, opt-outs, and Do Not Contact requests. • Submit a concise end-of-day report covering your activity, results, conversations, objections, list-quality concerns, and next priorities. WHO WE WANT • You own an established, professional LinkedIn account and are comfortable using it for genuine contract work. • You are willing to add Partnership Manager at Peaceful Profits as a truthful Contract Experience position if hired. • You have excellent written English and can communicate naturally, concisely, and professionally. • You have experience using LinkedIn and individual email outreach to start B2B conversations and book appointments. • You are a strong internet researcher who can distinguish a genuine partner opportunity from a generic lead. • You understand how to personalize a message using specific, truthful information. • You are comfortable using spreadsheets, calendars, written SOPs, and activity trackers. • You are extremely organized and reliable with follow-up. • You are comfortable receiving detailed feedback on your messages and performance. • You can build relationships without pushing, spamming, or misrepresenting the program. • You are willing to complete a small paid application test. THIS ROLE IS NOT A FIT IF • You depend on LinkedIn automation or scraping tools. • You rely on browser extensions that send invitations or messages for you. • You primarily use bulk email, automated sequences, or mail merge. • You want to use a fake, rented, shared, or newly fabricated LinkedIn account. • You are unwilling to add the truthful Peaceful Profits Contract Experience position. • You measure success only by message volume rather than replies, qualified calls, attendance, and partner quality. • You are uncomfortable with detailed tracking or individually personalized outreach. HOW SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED We will measure: • Number and quality of researched prospects • LinkedIn connection acceptance rate • Positive reply rate • Qualified partnership calls booked • Number of booked prospects who attend • Quality and completeness of sales handoffs • Approved partners resulting from attended calls • Partners who make qualified introductions • Accuracy of tracking and follow-up • LinkedIn account health and compliance Our initial 30-day pilot targets are approximately: • 300 qualified prospects researched • 200 personalized LinkedIn connection requests • 60 accepted connections • 25 positive replies • 12 qualified partnership calls booked • 8 attended partnership calls • 3 approved partners These are initial operating targets for evaluating the process. They are not guaranteed quotas independent of list quality, account conditions, and market response. CONTRACT DETAILS • Paid 30-day pilot to begin • Approximately 20–30 hours per week • Opportunity for ongoing, long-term work • Target base rate: $8–$15 per hour, depending on demonstrated skill and experience • Recommended performance bonus: $25–$50 for each qualified appointment that attends • Additional milestone bonuses may be available for approved or activated partners Performance bonuses are not paid for unqualified appointments, cancellations, or no-shows. Share your actual performance metrics where available, including connection acceptance rate, positive reply rate, booking rate, and meeting show rate. 6. List every LinkedIn automation, scraping, enrichment, sequencing, mail-merge, or browser-extension tool you currently use. State clearly if you use none. 7. Explain how you research a prospect well enough to write a message that could not be sent unchanged to another person. 8. Explain how you record an opt-out or Do Not Contact request and prevent that person from receiving additional outreach. 9. Write the two short application samples requested below. APPLICATION SAMPLE 1 — LINKEDIN CONNECTION NOTE Write a short LinkedIn connection note to the founder of a PR agency that represents doctors and financial experts. The objective is to earn the connection, not explain the entire partner program. APPLICATION SAMPLE 2 — MANUAL EMAIL Write a concise email to the same person after researching one specific fact about their agency. Introduce the possible referral partnership and ask one clear question. Do not use fabricated personalization or a generic template. PAID APPLICATION TEST Shortlisted candidates may be offered a small paid test before beginning the complete 30-day pilot. The test will involve: • Researching five prospective partners • Explaining why each prospect is a potential fit • Identifying the correct decision-maker • Drafting personalized outreach for two prospects No live messages will be sent during the test unless separately authorized. We are looking for someone who can eventually own this process, consistently generate qualified partnership conversations, and help Peaceful Profits build a large and productive partner network.
