Job Description – Short-Term Rental Channel Setup & Management We require an experienced STR/OTA specialist to launch and optimise our serviced apartment portfolio across the UK's leading booking platforms. Your responsibilities will include: (we expecting 45 mins to 1 hour per listing ) * Use the existing Airbnb listing as the master listing and replicate it across the top 10 major booking platforms. * Create and optimise each listing using consistent photos, descriptions, amenities, pricing, policies and house rules. * Configure cleaning fees, taxes, commissions, deposits, cancellation policies and guest requirements correctly on every platform. * Sync all calendars to prevent double bookings and ensure availability remains accurate. * Ensure all listings are professionally presented, SEO optimised and designed to maximise occupancy and revenue. * Verify that pricing, photographs, facilities and property information remain consistent across every channel. * Explain every stage of the process in a clear, patient and friendly manner so the client fully understands how each platform operates. * Recommend best practices for pricing, promotions, discounts and revenue optimisation. * In Stage 2, connect all booking channels into Guesty, ensuring calendars, reservations, messaging, pricing and availability synchronise correctly. * Test the complete system to confirm bookings, messaging and calendar updates function correctly across every platform. * Provide written documentation and training so the client can confidently manage the system after implementation. * Offer ongoing support to resolve issues, optimise listings and improve booking performance. The successful applicant should have proven experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Google Hotels, Vrbo, Agoda, Tripadvisor, HomeToGo, Hopper, Trivago and Guesty, together with a strong understanding of OTA optimisation, channel management, pricing strategies and serviced accommodation operations.
