Summary We’re looking for talented speakers to take part in small group conversations that will help improve multilingual workplace communication tools. 🔎 Project at a Glance - Format: 6-person bilingual group discussions - Topics: Real workplace scenarios — project planning, KPIs, troubleshooting, teamwork - Languages: Native English speakers fluent in Italian / Native Italian who are US/UK/AU residents - Participants: We welcome diverse voices, accents, and backgrounds We’d love to know if you can help us form full discussion groups from your team and extended network (friends, family, colleagues). ✅ Who We’re Looking For Professionals with backgrounds in: Project Management • Sales/Marketing • IT/Engineering • HR • Product/UX • Research/Academia And who can: - Participate naturally in a 6-person conversation - Stay on topic while sounding spontaneous - Handle light overlap (speaking over each other occasionally) 📝 What You’ll Do - Complete a paid 30-minute training - Join 12 short group discussions (3–5 minutes each) - Use a simple online recording tool (no camera) - Total time commitment: 6.5 hours, flexible scheduling We’ll also request a quick 1-minute audio sample—very simple. If you already know someone who speaks the opposite language pair, feel free to invite them too! 💵 Compensation USD 20/hour - 30 minutes paid for training ~30 minutes paid per conversation session
