Live-Stream Podcast Producer

Overview We are launching a new live-streamed podcast and are looking for an experienced producer to help manage the show from preparation through the live broadcast. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working behind the scenes while also occasionally appearing on camera as part of the production team. You should be organized, technically confident, calm under pressure, and able to keep a live show moving smoothly. Responsibilities Manage the live-stream production during each episode Monitor and adjust host and guest audio Pull up videos, images, websites, articles, and other media requested by the hosts Manage remote guests and live call-ins Screen callers and help prepare them before joining the broadcast Prepare guests before each episode, including basic technical checks and show expectations Coordinate with the hosts on the episode outline, media needs, and guest information Help keep the show moving and communicate with the hosts during the broadcast Troubleshoot audio, video, connection, and streaming issues Organize show files, recordings, guest information, and production assets Be comfortable appearing on camera when the producer needs to interact with the hosts or audience Assist with post-show file organization and handoff for editing and distribution Qualifications Previous experience producing podcasts, livestreams, webinars, broadcasts, or similar content Strong knowledge of live-streaming and remote recording platforms Comfortable managing microphones, audio levels, video feeds, screen sharing, and media playback Experience managing remote guests or callers Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-moving live environment Able to troubleshoot technical issues without disrupting the show Comfortable being seen and heard on camera in a producer role Reliable internet connection and professional production setup Experience with Riverside, OBS, StreamYard, Ecamm, Zoom, Restream, or similar platforms is a plus.
