Loan Officer Assistant & or Loan Originator— Sales & Marketing (Lead Gen + Borrower Follow-Up) — Private Lender Engagement: Full-time, hourly · Rate: $15–25/hr (DOE) · Location: Remote What you'll do Lead generation: Work outbound and inbound leads, qualify them, and get them into the right stage of our CRM. Keep the top of the funnel full and clean. Stay on top of borrowers (sales follow-up): Be the person who never lets a lead go cold. Nurture prospects, follow up relentlessly, keep deals warm, and book calls for our loan officer. Win-back the ones who went quiet. CRM hygiene: Log every touch, update statuses, set follow-up tasks, and keep Close CRM accurate so nothing slips. Pipeline support: Build and update tracking sheets, flag leads that are stalling, and surface who needs a touch each day. Marketing support: Send templated outreach and follow-up sequences, keep messaging consistent, and help keep our outbound running. What you must have Minimum 2 years working for a lender (mortgage, private/hard money, or commercial lending). This is a hard requirement — we need someone who already understands the loan process, not someone we have to teach it to. Comfort with a CRM and the discipline to keep it clean (we use Close CRM — experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person). Perfect spoken and written English (near-native fluency, no accent barrier on calls). This is non-negotiable — you'll be talking to U.S. borrowers and brokers directly. Google Workspace proficiency (Sheets, Docs, Gmail). Self-starter who follows up relentlessly and doesn't need to be chased. Reliable full-time availability with meaningful overlap with U.S. business hours. Nice to have Experience in fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, or DSCR/rental lending specifically. Background in lead gen, ISA, or borrower-facing coordination. Familiarity with cold outreach tools and pipeline reporting. We're looking for a sales-and-marketing-focused Loan Officer Assistant to keep our pipeline full and our prospects engaged — so our loan officer can stay focused on closing. This is a sales and marketing role — no loan processing or document handling.
