Local Content Creator for Real Estate & Lifestyle Social Media shoot in Florida's Treasure Coast

Seeking a freelance content creator to shoot and edit engaging, real estate content for a property on the Florida's Treasure Coast. This is a one-day shoot focused on creating short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other socials. We are looking for someone who understands current trends and UGC and can capture the property and the local area in a fresh, creative, lifestyle-driven way, not just standard real estate listing content. The ideal candidate should have experience creating real estate and lifestyle content and must be local to the South Florida/Treasure Coast area. Scope includes: Content and shot planning and general prep before the shoot 1/2 - one day of on-site shooting in the area - TBD Short-form video content for social media with property images as well as b-roll and lifestyle shots Editing selected clips into polished Reels/TikToks Creative direction, hooks, and content ideas based on current social trends A brief and direction will be provided to review in advance of the shoot Please send a short intro with your social media handles, relevant samples of your work, and your day rate or project rate.
