Summary

We are looking for a proactive, reliable local assistant based in Serbia to support our operations with on-ground work and coordination. You will act as our local representative, visiting clients, gathering market information, sourcing facilities, and helping with recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, mobile, familiar with local cities/routes, and comfortable communicating with businesses. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Visit our manpower/recruitment clients across Serbia to conduct meetings, check on-site operations, and share updates ✅ Scout, inspect, and gather information on available office spaces, commercial locations, or facilities (collect photos, prices, terms, and details) ✅ Research and collect current kilometer rates, pricing, and service terms from local logistics, transport, and freight companies; compile clear comparisons ✅ Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for local staff/employees as needed ✅ Prepare simple reports, summaries, and updates after each visit or research task ✅ Communicate regularly with our team in English to share progress and results Requirements: ✔️ Must be currently living and based in Serbia ✔️ Fluent in English (spoken and written) – clear communication is essential ✔️ Good knowledge of local cities, routes, and business environments ✔️ Own transport or ability to travel easily between locations ✔️ Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with business owners/managers ✔️ Basic computer skills (Excel/Word, email, photos) ✔️ Previous experience in field work, client relations, market research, logistics, or recruitment support is a plus What We Offer: Flexible working hours Clear tasks and instructions Long-term opportunity for the right person Prompt payment via Upwork How to Apply: Please send a short message telling me: Which city you are based in Whether you have your own transport Any experience you have with client visits, research, or coordination work Your hourly rate or expected monthly rate
