Local Field Sales Representative in India – Polyester Acoustic Panels (Wall Soundproof Board)

Job Overview We are a Chinese manufacturer of polyester fiber acoustic panels, soundproof wall panels for office, cinema, school, gym, hotel decoration. We need local Indian field sales to do offline ground promotion all over India. Core Responsibilities 1. Local offline field promotion: visit construction decoration stores, interior design studios, construction contractors, cinema & school project purchasers face to face 2. Introduce our acoustic panel samples, price, supply capacity, provide local market feedback 3. Collect customer contact information, follow up potential buyers, push orders & close deals 4. Weekly work report: record visiting quantity, customer resources, market competitor price & demand 5. Develop stable local distributors/dealers of acoustic materials in India Requirements 1. Must live in India, can travel to different cities for field sales (critical requirement) 2. Have offline ground sales / building decoration material sales experience preferred 3. Fluent local Hindi + English, good communication & negotiation ability 4. Own local traffic tools for site visiting 5. Self-motivated, target-oriented, long-term cooperation Payment Rules Base monthly allowance + high sales commission per finished order. All payment via Upwork milestone after customer payment received.
