Local Lead Generation & Outreach Assistant BOSNIA/SERBIA/MONTENEGRO/CROATIA

I am looking for Bosnian, Montenegro, Serbian and Croatian mostly country. I’m looking for a reliable outreach assistant to help find and contact potential clients for simple design and web service packages. The main focus will be apartment owners, Airbnb/Booking.com hosts, guesthouses, restaurants, beauty salons, cafés, and small local businesses that could benefit from a more professional online presentation. I am a graphic and web designer, and I handle the full design and delivery side. I need someone who can help with research, lead lists, and initial outreach. Services we will be offering include: Airbnb / Booking.com listing upgrade packages Listing title and description improvements Guest welcome guides and house rules posters QR cards for WiFi, check-in, or local information Mini websites for small businesses Instagram post/story template packages Menu design, price lists, and Google review QR cards Product images and promo graphics for small brands Your tasks: Find potential clients online Research Airbnb/Booking hosts, local businesses, salons, restaurants, cafés, and apartments Build simple lead lists with names, links, and contact details Send short outreach messages when needed Track replies and interested leads Help organize prospects in a simple spreadsheet Communicate clearly and consistently Ideal candidate: Good written communication Comfortable with LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Maps, Facebook, Airbnb/Booking research, and basic spreadsheets Able to recognize businesses with weak branding, poor visuals, outdated websites, or bad online presentation Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian language is a big plus Experience with lead generation, virtual assistance, sales support, or social media outreach is helpful This is a simple hourly role starting at $5/hour. I’m looking for someone organized, proactive, and able to find quality leads rather than just random contacts. And hopefully close the jobs.
