Local Sales Research Assistant — Construction Site Sourcing & Firmable Data Entry (Melbourne Only)

We run a boutique town planning and property development consultancy based in inner Melbourne. We are looking for an independent, highly methodical B2B Lead Generation and Data Specialist to take absolute ownership of our weekly Monday morning prospecting pipeline. To ensure your absolute success, you will be handed our carefully curated corporate Sales Playbook, which clearly outlines our exact Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs), target personas, industry data categories, and system tagging requirements. Your Weekly Deliverables & Roster (Monday Morning Focused): • Multi-Channel Lead Sourcing: Every Monday, you will extract and process new prospects using four distinct source channels: 1. Council Advertised Registers: Audit public planning application notice boards for active residential multi-dwelling or commercial permits out for notice. 2. Proprietary Broker Database: Clean, segment, and upload our existing property and finance broker list. 3. B2B Database Enrichment (Firmable & LinkedIn): Cross-reference sourced company entities to find direct mobile lines and emails for senior company directors and permits coordinators. 4. Incoming Site Assets: Process raw photos of on-site construction project boards sent in by our local field scouts, verifying corporate ownership via Firmable and other potential sources. • GoHighLevel Pipeline Management: Input all data points directly into your GHL staff user profile using our Playbook alignment. You will map project addresses to custom fields, tag data channels accurately (e.g., 'Broker_Database'), and assign contacts directly into "Stage 1: Outbound Call Queue" so they are primed for the Director's Thursday call block. Requirements: • Proven, high-level experience navigating GoHighLevel CRM pipelines and custom field mapping. • Highly proficient with B2B research data engines (Firmable, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent corporate registries). • Must operate fully within Australian business hours (AEST) with flawless English comprehension to accurately navigate Victorian planning schemes and corporate datasets. This is an ongoing, part-time contract requiring approximately 2 to 4 hours of execution every single Monday morning.
