Summary

Logistics Coordinator (Remote, Ongoing Contract) We’re looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support our U.S.-based team with high-volume shipments. What you’ll do: Create shipping labels (UPS, FedEx, etc.) Track shipments + manage tracking spreadsheets Contact carriers to resolve delays, customs holds, and lost packages Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure on-time shipments + pickups Requirements: Experience with UPS/FedEx/DHL Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills Excellent English communication Ability to overlap with U.S. working hours Nice to have: PR mailers / e-comm fulfillment experience This is an ongoing role for someone proactive, organized, and fast. Looking to hire ASAP.
