Logo and website designer

We currently have a logo which is already up as signage on our warehouses so can’t change it too much but would love to get some branding guidelines done, high res versions, a small icon version to use on social media etc and generally bring it to life. We also have a new website but not happy with it, so would like some one to completely redesign it using the same copy to make it much more punchy, getting our message across in a clear way (the message is completely lost at the moment) and make it look professional. www.uslaunchpad.co.uk is the current website for reference. Open to tweaking the logo but nothing too far from what we have because we won’t be changing the signage on our buildings. Would love a brand new design of the website, something we can continue adding to with new articles, information and educational videos etc. Would love someone with experience to own this project, someone who can work on the UX on the website to ensure the message is clear and lands well.
