Logo designer to refine a provided logo concept into a logo system (vector + source files)

We have a logo concept for a boutique wedding and event venue that needs refining into a finished, professional logo system. The concept is already drawn (a fern + interlocking monogram badge) — this is execution of an existing direction, not design from scratch. Scope at a glance: -- A primary emblem plus simpler functional versions (standalone icon, horizontal lockup, stacked lockup, wordmark) -- Delivered in black and reversed/white, as vector source (AI/SVG/EPS) and PNG -- Core mark designed first; lockups assembled after the core is approved -- Two revision rounds on the core mark Must-haves: -- Vector source files and full IP assignment to us -- Original work only — no stock or AI-generated/traced elements -- Ability to simplify an ornate emblem into a clean icon that reads at small sizes (favicon, social avatar, embroidery) The full brief and the concept sketch are attached — please read both before responding.
