What We're Looking For We need someone who can manage our entire online presence and focus on one thing: Getting more customers and increasing sales. This is a long-term position. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our companies. Responsibilities You will be responsible for: Managing both websites Improving website design and user experience SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical & Local SEO) Google Business Profile optimization Keyword research Creating service pages, landing pages, and blog content Google Ads management Facebook & Instagram Ads management Tracking conversions and improving results Monthly website updates Growing organic Google rankings Increasing phone calls, form submissions, and online sales Providing weekly reports and recommendations Experience Required Please apply only if you have experience with: WordPress and/or Shopify SEO Google Ads Facebook & Instagram Ads Google Analytics Google Search Console Website Design Landing Pages Lead Generation E-commerce Marketing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Experience with construction companies or home service businesses is a big plus.
