We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven outreach specialist to help us build relationships with estate agents, IFAs, accountants, and Employee Benefits providers across our target region — booking calls and coffee meetings for our CEO to convert into long-term referral partnerships. 🤝 This is a key growth role for us: introducer-referred leads are our most valuable channel, and you’ll be the engine that fills the pipeline. 🔷 = What You Will Get = 💵 Competitive hourly rate, with a review after 2–3 months based on performance 🎯 Bonus per booked-and-attended introducer meeting 🤝 Direct access to our CEO and a supportive, fast-moving small team 🌟 A long-term role with real growth potential as we scale toward a 15-person team 🔷 = Key Responsibilities = 📞 Engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, and outbound calls, from lists provided 🔍 Identify and qualify estate agents, IFAs, accountants, and Employee Benefits providers as potential introducer partners 📅 Book calls and in-person coffee meetings for our CEO 📚 Develop working knowledge of our proposition so you can represent us credibly on first contact 📊 Build and manage an introducer outreach pipeline 📝 Accurately log all activity and interactions in our CRM 📈 Provide a weekly report on outreach activity and booked meetings 🔷 = Qualifications = 🎓 Previous SDR, BDR, or outreach experience — B2B preferred 🗣️ Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication ⭐ Confident, professional manner — you’ll often be a prospect’s first impression of our firm 🤝 Able to work independently and hit weekly outreach targets with minimal supervision 📖 Coachable and open to feedback on scripts and approach 🏆 Self-motivated and comfortable with outbound, targets-driven work 🇬🇧 UK financial services / mortgage industry familiarity a strong plus, though not essential 💡 Long-term opportunity: this role has scope to grow as our introducer channel expands — strong performers will be first in line for increased hours and scope
