What You’ll Be Doing * Create engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and social media content. * Help promote our community events. * Welcome new members into our community. * Respond to comments and messages. * Keep our Facebook community active and engaging. * Help organize event registrations and attendee lists. * Assist guests before and after events. * Occasionally answer phone calls and speak with guests. * Keep us updated throughout your workday with clear progress reports. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys solving problems, communicates well, and isn’t afraid to ask questions when needed. Compensation Starting Salary: $500/month We believe in rewarding loyalty and growth. Salary Growth Plan * Months 1–3: $500/month * Months 4–6: $550/month * Months 7–9: $600/month * Months 10–12: $650/month * Months 13–15: $700/month * Months 16–18: $750/month Outstanding performance is also rewarded with bonuses and additional growth opportunities.
