We are seeking an established outsourced accounting agency to handle 100% of our backend fulfillment work on a strict white-label basis. Our Business Model Our Role: We handle 100% of the customer acquisition, front-end marketing, and client relationships. Your Role: Your agency handles the daily data entry, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting. The Pricing: We sell a standard $500/month package to US small businesses. We operate strictly on a fixed flat-rate model per client ledger, targeting $200 to $250/month per standard micro-client ledger. Please do not apply if you only offer hourly billing. Target Scope of Work per Client Ledger Transaction Limit: Up to 100 bank and credit card transactions per month. Monthly Reconciliations: Accurate categorization of all monthly income and expenses in QuickBooks Online or Xero. Receipt Management: Fetching, sorting, and matching invoices using tools like Hubdoc or Dext to keep audit-proof records. Standard Financial Packages: Delivery of accurate Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements by the 10th of every month. Tax-Ready Books: Ensuring the entire ledger matches US GAAP standards so the client can hand it straight to their CPA at year-end. Requirements Must be an established accounting agency with a proven track record handling US small business ledgers. Deep, certified expertise in QuickBooks Online and Xero. Ability to provide an English-speaking manager who can join occasional client-facing review calls if needed. Strong internal Quality Assurance process to catch data-entry errors before reports reach our clients.
