Long-Term YouTube Video Editor | Cinematic Adventure & Nature Content

We're building a long-term YouTube channel focused on authentic wild honey hunting adventures in Indonesia. Our videos capture real jungle expeditions, giant beehives, dangerous climbs, and traditional honey harvesting. We're looking for a long-term editor who understands storytelling, pacing, and audience retention—not flashy effects. Relevant Experience Preferred: We're especially interested in editors with proven experience creating successful long-form YouTube content in outdoor adventure, nature, survival, wildlife, travel, documentary, hunting, or similar cinematic niches. Experience in honey hunting specifically is not required. If you've edited videos in these niches that performed well, please include links and view counts/results in your application. Responsibilities: Edit 25–35 minute YouTube videos. Create a smooth, engaging story. Add subtle background music when appropriate. Balance natural audio. Basic color correction/color grading. Add clean subtitles when needed. Export final videos in high quality (4K when possible). Editing Style We're aiming for a cinematic, immersive style similar to successful outdoor adventure channels. We are NOT looking for: Over-the-top transitions Meme edits Constant zooms Excessive sound effects Fast-paced style editing We are looking for: Strong storytelling Natural pacing Emotional moments Immersive sound design Clean professional edits Requirements: Experience editing long-form YouTube videos. Fluent English communication. Able to meet deadlines consistently (2 day max turn around) Experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. Willing to work long-term.
