Long-Term YouTube Video Editor for Kids & Family Entertainment Channel

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join a new international Kids & Family YouTube project. We are building a channel based on real family moments, children acting, fun stories, challenges, adventures, and emotional entertainment. Our goal is to create high-quality content with strong storytelling, engaging pacing, and excellent audience retention. Reference channels: * Kids Diana Show * Like Nastya * Vlad and Niki * Sierra & Rhia We are not looking to copy these channels. We want to create our own unique style while achieving a similar level of storytelling and entertainment quality. This is a long-term opportunity. We are looking for someone who wants to become part of building something from the beginning and grow together with the success of the project. Budget $700 – $1,500/month Compensation depends on: * Editing quality * Experience * Speed and reliability * Ability to create engaging, high-retention content As the channel grows, compensation will increase. We believe people who contribute to the success of the project should grow together with it. Monthly Work * 8–12 YouTube videos (8–15 minutes each) * 30–60 Shorts / Reels / TikToks (vertical videos optimized for retention) Responsibilities * Edit fun, emotional, and engaging kids/family videos. * Create strong storytelling and keep viewers watching. * Improve pacing, emotions, and entertainment value. * Add motion graphics, sound effects, music, subtitles, animations, and creative effects. * Create engaging moments with zooms, transitions, and visual effects. * Improve audio quality and prepare final videos ready for YouTube publishing. Requirements * Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro. * After Effects or motion graphics experience is a big advantage. * Experience editing YouTube content with strong retention. * Understanding of kids/family entertainment style. * Good sense of storytelling, timing, humor, and emotions. * Reliable communication and ability to deliver on deadlines.
