Long-term Accounting Support Needed

About the Project: I am seeking a detail-oriented, long-term Bookkeeper and Financial Analyst to support my company. The primary task is preparing financial data and managing transactions within Odoo ERP for monthly accounting. In the future (date to be determined), this data will be migrated to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, so experience or familiarity with this transition/system is a huge plus. Scope of Work & Tasks: - Preparing and organizing financial data in Odoo ERP for monthly accounting. - Managing and reconciling financial transactions. - Generating and analyzing financial reports. - Ensuring data readiness for the upcoming migration to Business Central. Project Setup & Budget: Type: Long-term, ongoing collaboration. Volume: Highly flexible hours depending on monthly needs (ranging from a few hours up to 10+ hours as needed). Initial Budget: Around $330 USD (approx. €300) for the first month's setup and data preparation, with potential for more depending on workload. Subsequent months will be billed strictly on actual hours worked. Platform Rules: Payment and tracking will be handled strictly via Upwork. Only automatic time logging (Upwork Desktop App with screenshots) is permitted. Manual hours will not be accepted. Requirements: - Proven experience in professional bookkeeping and financial analysis. - Strong proficiency in Odoo ERP is mandatory. - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a strong advantage. Excellent communication skills and high reliability. Note: If a separate engagement contract is required by you, the exclusive venue of jurisdiction must be either Germany or Estonia. Standard Upwork TOS are preferred.
