My company is a podcast booking agency that helps real estate leaders get featured as guests on podcasts. I'm looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven contractor to research shows and pitch our clients to podcast hosts. What You'll Do: • Research podcasts that are a strong fit for each client based on audience, topic, and guest format • Build targeted show lists using Rephonic • Write and send personalized pitch emails to podcast hosts and producers • Follow up on outreach professionally and persistently • Track all outreach activity in a shared spreadsheet or CRM • Report weekly on pitches sent, responses, and confirmed bookings You're a Great Fit If You: • Have experience in podcast booking, PR, media outreach, or guest pitching • Write clear, compelling, and personalized emails (no copy-paste blasts) • Know the podcast landscape and understand what makes a good guest fit • Are highly organized and can manage outreach for multiple clients at once • Don't need hand-holding - you take initiative and follow through
