Looking for English Speaking Participants for Video Conversation Study (Participants or Recruiters)

Role Overview We are looking for pairs of fluent or native English speakers to participate in a remote conversational data collection project. Your goal is to have natural, unscripted video conversations that will help improve AI communication technology. Who Can Apply 1. Direct Participants: You can apply as a pair or as a solo participant 2. Recruiters/Partners: If you have access to a pool of English speakers who are reliable and tech-savvy, you are welcome to apply to help us manage and source these pairs. Task Requirements 1. Nature of Work: Engage in a natural, unscripted English conversation via video call. 2. Duration: Two Sessions of 31 to 35 minutes - Only one session with one person allowed. 3. Technical Setup: Must use a Laptop with a front-facing camera with at least 1080p resolution at 30 FPS. 4. No filters, no background blur, and no video editing. 5. Clean, quiet audio environment is mandatory. 6. You must be able to follow strict lighting and environmental instructions to ensure high-quality data. Payment Details 1. Compensation: Payments are based on the duration of the conversation. 2. Rate: For full two sessions of 31-35 min, the total payment is $40.00 (approved combined for the pair of speakers for combined two sessions - not one session/$20.00 for one speaker for combined two sessions - not one session) with total for 50 pairs or 100 participants = $2000. 3. Payment Structure: For recruiters, payment is based on commission per task successfully completed and approved.
