We sell a done-for-you lead-generation systems to local businesses across the US - funnels that put more qualified leads into their pipeline every month and actively make them 10-25x their investment. We don't need someone to cold-prospect. We need a closer. Your entire job is to take warm, inbound interest and convert it into signed, paying clients on the call. This is NOT for beginners. If you've never carried a quota, never run a live demo, or need hand-holding to get on the phone, this isn't for you. When a lead comes in, you're on the phone quickly. You qualify, build rapport, and create urgency. - Book them into the calendar. Get the qualified prospect committed to a scheduled demo slot, and make sure they show up (confirmations, reminders, reducing no-shows). - Run the demo call. Present personalized solution clearly and confidently, connect it to the prospect's specific situation, handle objections, and show them exactly why this is the move for their business. - Close on the call. Ask for the sale, overcome hesitation, and get the payment. We win deals live - not with "let me think about it." - Push the quarterly prepay. Our best offer for the client (and for you) is the 3-month upfront plan. - Keep clean notes and pipeline hygiene so nothing slips through the cracks. Outcomes or how your success is measured We think in outcomes, not activities. Here's what "doing this job well" looks like: 1. Convert inbound at a high rate. Hit and hold a demo-to-close rate at or above the team benchmark of 40%. 2. Protect show rates. Keep booked-call no-shows below 10% through disciplined follow-up. 3. Drive cash upfront. A majority of your closes land on the quarterly prepay plan, not month-to-month. 4. Ramp fast. Be at full productivity (running your own sales cycle start-to-finish) within your first 30 days. Compensation We offer a base based on experience and 33% commission on all plans sold. OTE of $15k-20k when fully ramped-up. Who you are - Persistent. You don't get rattled by "no."
