We are looking for an Oracle 9i Developer or Database Administrator (DBA) who can troubleshoot and support our legacy Oracle 9i database environment. Issue: We are unable to start the service. Attempts to start the service are unsuccessful, preventing users from accessing the application. Assistance is required to diagnose and resolve the issue.
