Looking for IP / Startup Attorney for Sound Vista, Inc.

USA ONLY. Sound Vista is building an immersive media platform for music, culture, creators, and fan ownership. As we get closer to beta, we’re looking for a legal attorney or IP counsel who can help us properly protect the company, product, brand, and platform features. We’re looking for someone with experience in: * Intellectual property strategy for startups * Copyright, trademarks, and platform protection * Product feature / UX protection where possible * Creator, artist, and content rights * Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and user/content agreements * Marketplace, Collectibles, digital ownership, and creator monetization models * Contractor/team IP assignment agreements This would likely start as a fractional or project-based role, with the goal of helping us set up the right legal foundation before beta launch. Ideal fit: someone practical, startup-friendly, familiar with media/tech/creator platforms, and able to move fast without overcomplicating the process.
