Loop Returns & Exchanges Setup Specialist (Shopify) Betro Simone is a premium women's denim and apparel brand proudly designed and manufactured in Los Angeles. We are seeking an experienced Shopify and Loop Returns specialist to fully configure, optimize, and launch our returns and exchanges program. This is a project-based role with the potential for ongoing Shopify operations work. Project Scope We have Loop Returns installed and need an expert to: Configure Loop Returns from start to finish Set up return, exchange, and store credit workflows Customize return reasons and policies Configure exchange incentives to maximize retained revenue Integrate Loop with Shopify Integrate Loop with Gorgias Integrate Loop with Klaviyo Test all customer-facing workflows Ensure a seamless branded customer experience Create a simple SOP and training video for our team Our Technology Stack Shopify Loop Returns Gorgias Klaviyo ShopMy Meta TikTok Shop Ideal Candidate Proven experience implementing Loop Returns for Shopify brands Experience with apparel, fashion, or DTC brands preferred Strong understanding of exchanges, store credit, and return optimization Experience with Gorgias and Klaviyo integrations Excellent communication skills Ability to complete the project quickly and efficiently Deliverables Fully configured Loop account Branded return portal Exchange workflows Store credit workflows Shopify integration tested Gorgias integration tested Klaviyo integration tested Written SOP Short Loom training video IMPORTANT To confirm that you have read this entire posting, please begin your proposal with the word: BETRO Applications that do not start with the word BETRO will not be considered.
