Luxury Brand Growth Marketer Needed for New Fragrance Brand Launch

We are looking for an experienced luxury brand growth marketer to help launch and grow a new premium fragrance brand. The ideal person should have experience working with luxury, beauty, skincare, fragrance, cosmetics, fashion, or lifestyle brands. We need someone who can help shape the brand’s online presence, create a strong launch strategy, and support ongoing marketing growth. The brand is currently in the product development stage, so we are looking for someone who can help prepare the marketing direction before launch and support the brand once the product is ready. Responsibilities: Develop a luxury brand launch strategy Create a social media content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms Plan launch campaigns to build awareness and interest Recommend content ideas for product storytelling, lifestyle posts, reels, and ads Help define the brand voice, messaging, and positioning Provide guidance on influencer marketing and PR outreach Recommend paid ad strategies for Meta, Instagram, and TikTok Support website conversion strategy and customer journey Create a content calendar for pre-launch and post-launch marketing Advise on how to attract buyers and grow the brand online Requirements: Proven experience marketing luxury, beauty, fragrance, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle brands Strong understanding of e-commerce growth and direct-to-consumer marketing Experience with social media strategy and paid ads Ability to create premium brand positioning and messaging Knowledge of influencer marketing, launch campaigns, and content planning Strong communication and strategic thinking Portfolio or examples of previous brand growth/launch work required Nice to have: Experience launching new product brands from scratch Experience with fragrance, cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products To apply, please include: Examples of luxury, beauty, fragrance, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle brands you have worked on A short explanation of how you would approach launching a new premium fragrance brand Your experience with social media growth, paid ads, influencer marketing, and launch strategy We are looking for someone reliable, creative, and strategic who can help turn this fragrance brand into a strong luxury brand presence online.
