Luxury Packaging Illustrator

We're looking for a skilled illustrator to create a single signature illustration — an orchid — that will serve as our packaging's core visual motif. This is a focused, single-asset project: we need one refined, production-ready orchid illustration, not a full packaging system. The orchid needs to feel magnetic, sculptural, and a little surreal — organic but precise, never soft or decorative-cute. Think botanical illustration reimagined through a couture lens, not a florist's logo. What we need: This illustration needs to work across several final uses, so we need a full deliverable set — not just one flat file: Full-color vector (AI/EPS/SVG) and high-res raster (PNG/TIFF) — for website and social media use Emboss-ready version — clean, closed line work with no fine gradients or details that would be lost when debossed/embossed into the packaging box Sticker-ready version — die-cut-friendly outline, works on a transparent background, holds up at small sticker sizes Clean outline/line-art-only version — this will be used as the outline for a printed thank-you card, so it needs to read clearly as a single-weight line illustration with no fill Layered, animation-ready vector file — a separate motion designer will animate this piece for web and social, so the illustrator needs to deliver the illustration built in clearly separated, sensibly named layers (e.g. individual petals, stem, center) rather than one flattened graphic. You will not be animating it yourself, but the file needs to be structured to support that. A few scale variations (a full detailed version, and a simplified version that reads correctly at small sizes) Source files delivered on completion, full IP transfer Brand direction we'll provide: color palette, typography, a creative direction deck with reference imagery, and examples of the aesthetic we're after.
